Woodland wonders
With The Auld ‘Gowk’ as the starting point, this fascinating walk leads you among the sons of the ‘Mad Minister of Moffat’s’ pouch trees, taking in a nature reserve, part of the Annandale Way, the Southern Upland Way and the route of Roman soldiers, as well as Beld Craig Glen and the infamous hoof print allegedly left by the Devil.
