Chef’s special: Celebration Cake

Loving a challenge, Lisa Hall of Alfie Loves Cake in Newton Wamphray, enjoyed being given a blank canvas to create a showstopper cake to mark the publication of the 100th issue of Dumfries & Galloway Life. She cleverly incorporated the January cover of the magazine into her design, with the image specially printed onto edible icing.
